'UNSOLICITED IDEAS SUBMISSION TO fleeber' POLICY

fleeber, or any of its employees, do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any ideas, original artwork, suggestions or other not requested works ("submissions") in any way for or to fleeber or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when fleeber's products or marketing strategies may seem similar to those ideas submitted to fleeber. If, despite our request not to send your ideas, you still send them, whatever your communication, the following terms shall apply to them.

TERMS ON SUBMITTING AN IDEA

By submitting any idea, you agree that (i) your submission and all of its contents will automatically become property of fleeber, and fleeber shall be entitled the unrestricted use of the submission for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without compensation or attribution to the sender, (ii) your submissions do not contain proprietary and confidential information of third parties, (iii) fleeber will consider it non-confidential and non-proprietary, (iv) fleeber may already have something similar to items already under consideration or in development, and (v) fleeber does not have any obligations for submissions, whether contractual or other (including, without limitation, the obligation to keep your submissions confidential).

PRODUCT FEEDBACK

However, your feedback is quite welcome, if related to the various areas of the existing business named fleeber. If you want to send us your feedback (and we hope you do) send it toinfo@fleeber.com. Only provide specific feedback to products or fleeber's marketing strategies ; do not include any ideas that conflict with fleeber's policy. This is just another way for us to know how to best meet your needs. Any feedback you provide to fleeber or to any of its employees shall not be considered as being confidential. fleeber should be entitled to unrestricted use of the feedback for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without compensation or attribution to the sender.
